Many now require current employees to use their university\/agency login. It is expected that all System Members will disable the UIN login <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>for their active employees<\/strong><\/span> before 12\/31\/2025.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change is being made to improve the security, privacy, and efficiency of our login processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, view <a href=\"https:\/\/tamuserp2.wpengine.com\/sso\/faqs\/uin-login-end-of-life-faq\/\">the UIN Login End-of-Life FAQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is Affected<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">When a system member makes this change, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>current employees<\/strong><\/span> whose primary position belongs to that member must begin accessing SSO using their employer&#8217;s login process. Instead, a grid of campus and agency logos are displayed as login choices.\u00a0 When a user clicks a logo, they will be directed to the login page for that system member. After successfully authenticating,\u00a0 the user will be directed to the application they originally requested or the SSO main menu.<\/p>\n<p>With the initial logon, the logos are listed alphabetically.\u00a0 Each successive login will have the last used logo as the first choice in the grid. This is considered the user&#8217;s preferred login so it is moved to the first choice of the top row as a convenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The UIN and password fields are still available by clicking the Texas A&amp;M System seal logo.<\/p>\n<h3>Duo<\/h3>\n<p>The two-factor part of logging in will appear slightly different because of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.duo.com\/universal-prompt#about-the-duo-universal-prompt\">Duo Universal Prompt\u00a0<\/a> that makes using two-factor easier.<\/p>\n<p>The Duo two-factor prompt will no longer display as part of the SSO application but will instead redirect to a separate Duo webpage. This change will roll out May 5 through 12 as part of Duo\u2019s regular release process.<\/p>\n<p>Web-based applications will display the following error message: \u201cAccess denied.
